Steps

Check if there are leaks: start the bus, lift it, wait 3 minutes, then use water and soap to find bubbles.

Check airbag leaks
Leaks detected with water and soap.

After confirming leaks, release the air before removing supply. Use a lift for better access.

Bus lifted for airbag access.

Remove the side panel (2x T35 bolts). This gives direct access to the airbag and supply.

Easy access to airbag.

Remove the sensor first. Then disconnect the supply (17mm spanner) and circlip.

Airbag sensor removed.

Remove bolts and pull out the old airbag.

Airbag bolts and supply locations.

Compare new vs old and install the new one in reverse order.

Fit the sensor, check for leaks, reinstall the panel and perform a road test.

New airbag installed successfully.
